Ephraitech Unified Solutions is an ICT company based in Uganda, providing custom software development, cloud infrastructure, networking, hardware servicing, IT consulting and ICT training to businesses, schools, organizations and institutions across East Africa.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this website by any third party. Prohibited behaviour includes:

3. Quotes and Proposals
Any quote, estimate or proposal we provide is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be revised if the project scope, requirements or assumptions change. A formal agreement, purchase order or written acceptance is required before work commences.
4. Payments
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- A deposit is required before work begins;
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue;
- Late payments may attract interest or suspension of services;
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, code and design — is the property of Ephraitech Unified Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any part of it without prior written permission.
For client projects, ownership of deliverables is transferred to you upon full payment, unless the project agreement states otherwise. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the course of a project. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ephraitech Unified Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party tools, platforms or service providers (for example, hosting providers or cloud platforms). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or availability of such third parties.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
